Well…. I still feel like a real azzhole after telling you how good my group therapy was. I spoke too soon.
Only the jerks show up every week. It certainly wasn’t always like that. My therapist agrees that group won’t work for me and that I gave it my best shot. With the loss of good brothers in group over the years, I feel left behind.
My grandchildren are all teenagers now, so their companionship has faded to almost nil. I feed the feral cats and over a dozen have claimed a space on my property. Some of the inbred won’t reproduce and those that do only have one or two kittens that are prone to death from disease and coyotes so the population stays at a reasonable level. I need cats in my garage to keep very destructive rodents away. There are no pets in my house and because of the wild cats, no mice or any other rodent can make it to my house. If I get a visiter, they never see the cats. Their behaviour alerts me to anyone or anything that comes on my property.

Call me anytime. Jo-An has just about completely recoverred without getting hooked on any meds. Todays kids think not having a pool, a truck and a car and cable is a depression.. The good news is we know better. The Red Cardinals are back here, come every year with morning doves, and the squirrels have mass multiplied. It’s pretty outside and I turned a vase about at least a foot high and 6″ wide using both white and terra cotta red clays in two parts yesterday and connected them. I’m goint to used coils of each color to finish the top today and sprinkle copper and brass filings into the outside of it when I glaze it glossy clear.

The left anterior descending artery(LAD) is also known as the “Widow Maker”. There is no heart disease in either side of my family..
Hard to believe, but I feel no anxiety about my heart condition or what may happen at any time. I lost my fear of death in Cambodia,39 years ago.
My anxiety is from combat PTSD from service in Vietnam and Cambdia’69-’70. My clogged arteries are also ’spasmodic’…possibly clogged from agent orange and spasmodic from PTSD. My anxiety attacks are as distressful as a heart attack,…to a point where if I don’t die, I am painfully aware that it is a heart attack(acute mycardial infarction) with painful pressure that is literally un-bearable and leaves no room for any anxiety or other emotion.

I had to look up LAD and see where the artery has a “Y” in it and feeds blood to the heart muscle as well. I hope I never find out what that feels like but I can understand having severe anxiety after three heart attacks and something like that. I don’t know where a Human being finds the strength to undergo something like that. You must have had an awful strong heart to begin with. It’s too bad the Doctors tell everybody that they can have one or two drinks a day after a heart attack. All my Uncles were heavy drinkers towards the end and after their first heart attack were told that. To them if one won’t hurt you and two probably won’t then they could just keep having one more one at a time until it killed them all. Before a doctor tells a heart patient it’s OK to have a drink they should ask the family if they drank for a hobby in the first place. My wife can have one drink, drink half of it, and walk away. I can’t. But I know it so I don’t.

Col Richards would probably say, “if it’s not illegal, then it’s not a sin.”, as she poisons our troops with all those psychotropic drugs. And I agree that the negetive consequences of overdoses, addiction and suicide, are tantamount to murder.
I believe our young soldiers are being abused and no one but older Veterans can see this. Anthrax silently disappeared from the scene because it was never needed and was proven harmful to the soldier/sailor. They’ve used ” Veterans” as research lab rats , but to do this to an active duty service person serving in the war zone is an outrage.
I am feeling better and to see the kind of rich brats that go to medical school now makes me nauseated. They ripped the LAD of my heart during a catherization at a VAH. Ten minutes later, my heart stopped, and they had a difficult time bringing me back. They ran out of the room when I was resuscitated,leaving one nurse to try to stabilize me for transfer to intensive care. I was in distress all the while. When I had my third heart attack in ‘01, I wouldn’t go to a VAH. On the angiogram, I could see the damage to my LAD that was done in ‘92. The private hospital put 2 stents in my LAD and RCA and I was comfortable the whole while. I’ve been OK so far.
The weather has been extremely cold and much colder than normal up here.

Glad your back! Hope your feeling better- it went into the 20’s in Fla. last night. It’s appropriate for a lot of countries leaders that are ill-bred to kill themselves. I’ve figured since HARVARD announced the Hippocratic oath is no longer appropriate for those top dollar phony drug testing specialists and expensive Doctors- that our greed fed top DOGS spend a lot of money sending their babies to those top schools to train whatever natural honor we’re born with out of them. When I hear a piously religious person say <"If it’s legal it’s not a sin!" I get somewhat nauseated.

And by the time we hear about a Chinese executive that is as greedy as our own they are photographed in chains and bonds heading for their execution. That’s funny- executives being executed. America needs a large dose of that.

You could argue that effectively. Then read the issue of DAV magazine that just came out declaring there is a DESSERT WAR SYNDROME. Caused in large part by “preventative” nerve gas pills causing way larger numbers of brain cancer in the vets- but apparently not the Iraqi’s. Why- when we had Atropine Syrettes we never had to use for nerve gas would people that certainly didn’t ask for the pills be force fed them by fear. MONEY. If you ever meet a teacher or engineer from Red China the first thing they brag about their system, which is way more overcrowded than ours, is the lack of drug use. (Unless it’s to make MONEY poisoning childrens formula or dog food.)
